Michelle Gray

Michelle has over 26 years of experience working in research teams for bp. She has delivered multiple projects to build and refurbish bp’s lab spaces to accommodate experimentation from small scale fundamentals and synthesis through to pilot and demonstration operations.  She has a track record of delivering new experimental capability for the LCIC team and in developing fit for purpose safety systems for the lab environment. In addition to the HSSE focus of her role, Michelle also holds responsibility for the LCIC facilities and the delivery of engineering and craft services in support of the bp research operations.
