Dr. Roddel Remy is a Research Scientist at the Materials Research Laboratory at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He manages the Center for Excellence in Soft Materials that houses instruments focused on thermal, mechanical and rheological analysis, as well as light scattering and size exclusion chromatography. He joined the MRL in 2018. Roddel obtained a B.S. in Physics from Lincoln University, PA and a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Delaware.
