Neil McGuinness

Neil leads the Strategic Partnerships for the global DE&I team at bp. Alongside key thought partners in the DE&I space, he leverages resources and capabilities to advane equity across the many areas of diversity. A former co-lead for bp Pride EMEA, he received the Internationalist of the Year Award and has given the Derek Jarman honours speech for his work with people living with HIV and AIDS.

After a career in banking, Neil joined bp 16 years ago and has worked for the company in Madrid, London, and Paris. He is married to Sakis and is an optimistic gardener.
